Fleet
St.
John services are supported by three(3) ambulances and one(1) ambulance/mobile
clinic. St. John is a trailblazer for emergency transport on the island with a highly
diverse fleet. The numbering of our ambulances continues on from that of KEMH
(King Edward Memorial Hospital).
All
of our drivers are fully qualified to operate the vehicles. A crew consists of
a driver, and attendants who treat the patient en route to the hospital. Each
vehicle is fully equipped including AED (Automatic External Defribulator).
Radio communications for the vehicles and personnel are provided by Telecom.
